Orders

Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link and code by email.

All tracking will be available once the order arrived in the destination country.

Your order will be shipped out as soon as the fulfillment process is completed by our warehouse. Our processing times vary from: 3-5 business days depending on the specific item and design.

Our estimated shipping times are provided as a general guideline and are based on typical delivery durations. Please note that these estimates may vary depending on factors such as the shipping destination, availability of the product, and any unforeseen events that may impact our operations. Although it is our goal to deliver your order well within 2 weeks, we kindly request your understanding if your order takes 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at support@urbangrailed.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@urbangrailed.com.

International Customers

We offer shipping worldwide except to Afghanistan, India, Iraq, and North Korea.

We use well know international carriers to ensure your orders get to you quickly and securely. 

Delivery times will vary depending on the items you order and country of residence.

We try our best to make sure that we do not make you pay for additional duties and taxes.

However, you may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the laws of your country of residence.
